John Ferretti Wins Hempstead Supervisor Race

John Ferretti has defeated Joseph Scianablo in the Hempstead supervisor race, with 82% of election precincts counted.

Ferretti, the incumbent, declared victory, securing one of three supervisor seats retained by Nassau Republicans in the county.

“We took all three towns,”

said Nassau Republican Committee Chairman Joseph G., as results poured in late Tuesday night at the Nassau County GOP election headquarters.

The outcomes of dozens of supervisor and council races, and a mayoral race, were decided after polling booths closed across Long Island.
