Privacy Policy

Version of 31 August 2026

This Policy explains what personal data the Telemir service (the "Service") processes, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you have as a user.

1. Who processes your data

The controller of personal data is the administration of the Telemir Service. Any questions related to data processing should be sent to telemir.support@gmail.com — this is the only official channel of communication with the Service.

By using the Service, requesting trial access or taking out a subscription, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree with the data processing described in it.

2. What data we collect

We follow the principle of data minimisation and ask only for what the Service cannot work without.

2.1. Data you provide yourself

  • E-mail address — to send you access credentials and support replies.
  • Phone number — to identify your request and contact you if the e-mail cannot be delivered.

We do not request any other data when you submit a request: no name, address, identity documents or payment details are required for trial access.

2.2. Technical data

  • IP address and the country of connection derived from it;
  • device type, player application and operating system version;
  • date, time and duration of connections to the Service;
  • standard web server records of page requests.

Technical data is needed to control the number of simultaneous connections, diagnose faults and protect against unauthorised access.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Performance of a contract — providing trial access and subscriptions, issuing credentials, technical support.
  • Consent — sending you messages about the status of your request and, if you wish, information about the Service.
  • Legitimate interest — ensuring security, preventing abuse and fraud, enforcing the limit on simultaneously connected devices.
  • Legal obligation — responding to lawful requests from competent authorities and rights holders.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making producing legal effects, and we do not carry out profiling for advertising purposes.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data may be shared only to the extent necessary for the Service to operate:

  • hosting and server infrastructure providers;
  • e-mail delivery services;
  • competent public authorities — solely on the basis of a lawful request.

These parties act on our instructions, are bound by confidentiality and may not use the data for their own purposes.

5. Retention periods

  • Trial access request data — up to 6 months from submission.
  • Active subscription data — for the term of the subscription and 12 months afterwards.
  • Technical connection logs — up to 90 days.
  • Support correspondence — up to 12 months.

Once these periods expire, data is deleted or anonymised. Longer retention is possible only where expressly required by applicable law.

6. Your rights

In respect of your personal data you have the right to:

  • be informed about what data concerning you is processed;
  • request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure of your data (the "right to be forgotten");
  • restrict processing or object to it;
  • withdraw your consent — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
  • receive your data in a machine-readable format;
  • lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country.

To exercise any of these rights, write to telemir.support@gmail.com. We respond within 30 calendar days at most. Please note: deleting data required to provide the service will terminate your access to the Service.

7. Cookies

The website uses a minimal set of technical cookies and similar technologies needed for pages to display correctly and to remember your interface preferences. We do not set third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You may block cookies in your browser settings — this will not affect the main sections of the website.

8. Security

We apply organisational and technical safeguards: encryption of data in transit, restricting the number of people with access to data, regular server software updates and backups.

That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection. Please do not share your credentials with third parties and notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

9. Minors

The Service is not intended for persons under 18 and does not knowingly collect children's data. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with their data, please let us know — we will delete such information.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page together with its date. We additionally notify users of material changes by e-mail. Continued use of the Service after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of it.

11. Contact

For any questions related to the processing of personal data, write to telemir.support@gmail.com.

This document is provided for information purposes and does not constitute legal advice. The provision of the Service is additionally governed by the Terms of Service.
