Toddler Dies After Being Born to Underage Prostitute Mother, Court Hears
Jamari Madkins, a two-year-old boy, was tragically beaten to death on December 7, 2022, in Oakland, California. The suspected killer is Keonte Harris, now 25, who is alleged to have been the pimp of Jamari’s mother, then 17 years old.
