Stomp Returns to Vancouver Stage
The percussion phenomenon Stomp will return to Vancouver for a run of four shows from November 14-16 at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.
Performers of Stomp use everyday objects to create rhythms, including
- synchronized stiff-bristle brooms
- Zippo lighters
- wooden poles
- dust bins
- boots
- hub caps
Co-creators Luke Cresswell and Steve McNicholas will be in town with the company of performers as part of a North American tour celebrating 30 years of the production.
Originally starting as a street performance in London, Stomp now tours globally and has been enjoyed by fans in over 350 cities worldwide.
