Prop 50 Co-Author Urges People to Vote
Assemblymember Gregg Hart, co-author of Prop 50, encourages people to cast their votes.
In response to Texas adding conservative seats to the House of Representatives, California Democrats, including Assemblymember Gregg Hart and State Senator Monique Limón, worked to introduce Prop 50.
"It is a really important election and I'm glad that we are going to be celebrating soon, the polls are still open, we want people to get out and vote,"
said Hart. He emphasized that Prop 50 allows for temporary changes to Congressional Districts Maps.
- Prop 50 is the only issue on the Special Election ballot in California.
