Energy Firm Secures 10-Year Lease at Wardle Unit
An energy company, Himoinsa Power Solutions, has signed a 10-year lease on Unit 4 at the Cheshire Green business park in Wardle, Nantwich.
The deal, secured by Legat Owen, provides a jobs boost for the area and marks a major milestone in the company's expansion, relocating from Crewe Gates Industrial Estate to a new 23,000 sq ft facility.
- Himoinsa has doubled its operational footprint to accommodate the continued growth of its UK business.
- The building, constructed by Portal Construction, features extensive office space tailored to Himoinsa's requirements.
- All four units at Cheshire Green have now been let.
