The Singletrack Test Team has reviewed several mountain bikes, including the Whyte Kado.
The Kado is a full-power Bosch bike with 150mm rear travel, 160mm fork, 800Wh battery, and a full carbon frame.
I reviewed the forerunner for this bike (the Whyte E-160 RSX) three years ago.
Although the Kado is an improved bike, it initially felt underpowered due to its weight (24kg).
The Fox 38 fork did not perform well, and the author was unable to find a suitable setting.
As a sub-80kg rider, the author found the Fox 38 air spring unsuitable and swapped it with a 160mm travel Fox 36.
Author's summary: The Whyte Kado bike review highlights its performance issues.
