Whitehorse West Seat
Laura Lang has defeated Mike Pemberton for the Whitehorse West seat, according to unofficial results. Lang expressed her emotions, stating she is "surprised, emotional and proud to be a Yukoner."
"I'm prepared to work damn hard," she said. "We work hard, we listen to each other, and we take care. And that's what happened in this campaign."
Mayo-Tatchun and Copperbelt North Updates
- Cory Bellmore of the NDP is leading incumbent Liberal Jeremy Harper 315-288 in Mayo-Tatchun.
- Yukon Party leader Currie Dixon is ahead of Matthew Lien of the NDP by more than 200 votes in Copperbelt North, with five of nine polls reporting.
Copperbelt South Update
Copperbelt South is likely to remain with Yukon Party incumbent Scott Kent, who has a 365 vote lead with two polls yet to report.
