Men's Basketball: Florida Atlantic Wins in Overtime Thriller

Florida Atlantic men's basketball team bounced back with a win against Boston College on Monday night, with guard Yohann Sissoko hitting a game-saving three-pointer in overtime to seal the Owls' first win of the season, 83-78.

The game was played in front of a sold-out crowd at Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena, marking the third time a power conference opponent has visited "The Elly" in four years.

"I don't know that this [game] was pretty, maybe that's just part of it, but what our guys did show is some real fight and resolve," said head coach John Jakus.

The team's win follows an electric 42-point win against Florida Tech on Thursday, led by a 24-point performance from guard Devin Vanterpool.
