Officers from Mueang Udon Thani station responded on Monday to a report of an intoxicated man threatening his wife at their residence in tambon Nong Na Kham.

"He arrived drunk, demanding reconciliation while brandishing a firearm. I had given him a three-month trial period with strict conditions, such as not cooking or washing clothes for him. He lasted three days before leaving, then returned intermittently drunk and threatened to burn the house."
