Residents in Bolton have lifted their spirits after winning in the People's Postcode Lottery. Neighbours on Clifton Street, Kearsley, located in the BL4 8DL postcode, each received £1,000 from the daily prize draw on November 3.
This win was shared with 19 other postcodes across the UK on the same day.
