Shares of Tata Capital, India's third-largest non-bank lender by revenue, listed at a premium of 1.2% in their pre-open trading debut on Monday.
The company's shares traded at 330 rupees as of 09:45 a.m. IST on the National Stock Exchange, compared with its offer price of 326 rupees.
The benchmark Nifty 50 index was down 0.3%, while the financial index was down 0.2%.
