Kentucky Woman Arrested for Allowing Underage Drinking
A 45-year-old Kentucky woman, Brandy Mullins, was arrested on Saturday, November 1, after an investigation into alleged underage drinking.
According to deputies, they responded to multiple reports of underage drinking off Keavy Road in London, Kentucky, and arrived at the scene after a rear-end incident occurred.
Upon investigation, authorities found that the driver of one of the vehicles involved was 18 years old and "extremely intoxicated". Deputies alleged that Mullins "stood by and watched as underage individuals were observed consuming alcohol in her presence".
Deputies said Mullins allegedly did not stop teens from drinking in her presence.
Mullins was taken into custody at around 1 a.m.
