Introducing iLuminate at the First Interstate Center for the Arts
Typical dance studios offer classes in various styles, including tap, ballroom, ballet, contemporary, jazz, and hip-hop. However, it's rare to find studios that teach dancers how to perform in the dark.
This is where iLuminate comes in, a dance troupe created by Miral Kotb, a dancer and software designer. In 2009, Kotb developed a unique concept that combines dance, light, and technology.
iLuminate performs while wearing illuminated bodysuits, making each performance a feat of dance, light, and technology.
iLuminate will be performing at the First Interstate Center for the Arts, with tickets available through firstinterstatecenter.org.
