Lowest Bidder Emerges for Aramco Offshore Jackets Tender
A tender for Aramco offshore jackets has concluded with the emergence of the lowest bidder.
Bids were submitted in late August, following the issuance of CRPO 161 on the Saudi energy giant's Contract Release and Purchase Order system on 1 June.
