Preds Fall to Flyers Despite Wood's First NHL Goal
Nashville Predators rookie Matthew Wood scored his first NHL goal, but the team lost to the Philadelphia Flyers with a final score of 4-1 on Thursday night.
The Preds outshot the Flyers 33-18, but the home team had the advantage where it counted. After the game, Preds Alternate Captain Ryan O’Reilly expressed his disappointment:
