Consultation on Gang-Related Offences Guidance
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) provides guidance to prosecutors on 'gang'-related offending, supporting the Government's Serious Violence strategy and the 2017 Lammy Review.
The CPS offers advice and support for victims and witnesses, including those of rape and serious sexual assault, as well as legal guides and information on prosecution counsel fees.
