Vacant Structure Fire Damages Lawrenceville Shop
A vacant building fire heavily damaged a business structure in Gwinnett County late Monday night.
The fire erupted at 1382 Pleasant Hill Road in Lawrenceville at approximately 10:25 p.m., according to social media posts by Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services.
There were no injuries reported from the fire scene, and no other nearby structures were affected. Firefighters contained the damage and brought the fire under control by around 10:45 p.m.
Investigators believe the cause of the fire was accidental in nature, with an electrical source triggering the damage.
