Hauser Fire Department Continues to Operate After Station Fire
The Hauser Fire Department is updating the public on its status after its building burned down three weeks ago.
Despite the challenges, the department is currently working out of a donated RV. Chief Jerry Wharton notes that this new setup brings numerous challenges.
"Every time you turn around you have another challenge because you go to do stuff like normal, that stuff’s not there anymore,” Chief Wharton says. “You just have to adapt and overcome and that's something that we do on a regular basis in everything that we respond too.
The department was allowed to share its current situation, giving a glimpse into the charred remains of their former station.
