A partial collapse occurred at Manchester's Alberton House during demolition, prompting a safety investigation.
The incident happened on October 24, when scaffolding at the 11-storey Alberton House demolition site on Bridge Street gave way, sending debris toward the River Irwell.
Witnesses described the incident as "earthquake-like", with dust clouds rising across Bridge Street.
