Downtown Charleston is full of haunted history and tales that span decades. As Halloween approaches, you can hear ghost stories in the evening on a horse-drawn carriage.
While it’s a beautiful city in the daytime, nighttime just has an extra flair to it. It makes it a little bit more exciting,"
said Michael Barrett, a tour guide with Palmetto Carriage Works. He adds a paranormal twist to Charleston’s history in the evenings. Barrett has been a tour guide for eight years.
