Iberia's On Business scheme has switched to revenue-based redemptions, affecting flights booked on American Airlines, British Airways, Iberia, and Japan Airlines.
Flyers can "double dip" - earning On Business points for the company while also earning Avios as usual. If you're both the traveller and business owner, you receive both benefits.
