UK Spearheads Polar Climate Change Research
The UK's flagship polar research vessel, RRS Sir David Attenborough, is heading to Antarctica to support climate change science projects.

Operated by the British Antarctic Survey (BAS), the 15,000-tonne icebreaker is equipped with a helipad and various laboratories.
