Drink Driver Banned from Roads

A 45-year-old man, David Gray, has been banned from driving after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol.

Gray, who resides in a rural property near Banff, admitted to driving a car with 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the limit of 22mcg in 100ml.

The fiscal deputy, Kirsty Martin, presented the case at Banff Sheriff Court.
