Town of Bennington Projects
Starting October 20, the following projects are planned for the Town of Bennington.
- East Road: A painting crew will finish painting traffic lines. Expect one-lane traffic in sections due to highway crews working on road shoulders after recent paving.
- (East) Bridge #6: One-lane or detours will be in place for the bridge replacement project on Beech St. by the State of Vermont/VTRANS.
- Near Bennington College: One-lane traffic may occur due to a private contractor constructing a new roundabout for the STATE HIGHWAY department.
Please use caution, expect delays, and find alternate routes via detour signage when necessary.
