England Athletics Announces New Talent Pathway Cohorts
England Athletics is pleased to announce the selection of athletes and coaches for the 2025-27 Talent Pathway.
The Talent Pathway includes the Para Academy, Youth Talent Programme (YTP), Talent Development Programme (TDP), and Performance Programme (PP).
- Para Academy: offers training and support for athletes with disabilities
- Youth Talent Programme (YTP): introduces athletes to the Talent Pathway and includes the Diploma in Sporting Excellence (DiSE)
- Talent Development Programme (TDP) and Performance Programme (PP): new programmes for 2025, replacing Junior Talent and Senior Programmes
The Talent Pathway is fully inclusive, with additional support for athletes with disabilities.
