Bob Ross Paintings to be Auctioned for APT's Create
Thirty original Bob Ross paintings will be sold to offset station licensing fees for American Public Television's Create multicast channel.
American Public Television will receive a boost from the sale of over 30 Bob Ross paintings, which will be auctioned by Bonhams over the next three years.

According to Joan Kowalski, president of Bob Ross Inc., the idea for the sale came after two privately held Ross paintings were sold by Bonhams for around $100,000 each in August.
- Proceeds from the auction will help alleviate licensing fees for APT's Create multicast channel.
