Brantford Bulldogs captain Jake O'Brien has been named the Cogeco OHL player of the week.
O'Brien scored four goals and added four assists last week, earning three wins for the Bulldogs (6-0-1-1).
The five points in one game matched a career high for O'Brien, who was selected eighth overall by the Seattle Kraken in the 2025 NHL Entry Draft.
O'Brien is now second in OHL scoring with 13 points (5G, 8A) and is a plus-11.
He also passed Cole Brown for seventh all-time in Bulldogs scoring history (50G, 125A, 133GP).
In other Bulldogs news, Brantford remains No. 2 in the OHL Power Rankings behind Windsor.
