Exploring Fear Opens Friday
The immersive sensory-based experience "Exploring Fears and Phobias" is set to open on Friday at the Kukui Grove Center.
Presented by the Kauai Community College and Cognitions Learning Center in partnership with Kukui Grove, the event will run from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, and also be available on Saturday and Sunday, as well as October 23.
On Saturday, the event will have two showings: from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3 to 6 p.m.
"Exploring Fears and Phobias" is an immersive sensory-based experience into the creepy crawlies and other phobias.
A preview of the event was seen at the Comic Con at the Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall, where Matthew Lopes, the Gardner guardian and COGS volunteer, was challenged by a Candyman wielding an oversized lollipop.
