Apex Closes Flow-Through Financing
Apex Resources Inc. (TSXV: APX) has closed the flow-through funding with the issuance of 3,571,429 FT Units at a price of $0.07 per FT Unit for gross proceeds of $250,000.
Each FT Unit consists of one flow-through common share and one-half non-transferable non-flow-through share purchase warrant.
