Human Remains Found Near I-15 in Washington City
Human remains have been discovered near Interstate 15 in Washington City, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.
A company contracted to clean up litter and debris found the remains on Monday afternoon and reported it to the authorities.
“They reported the finding to UHP, who responded to secure the scene. Troopers and SBI agents are investigating,”
said Mike Alexander with the Utah Highway Patrol.
The Utah Department of Transportation has blocked the right shoulder on northbound I-15 at MP 14 due to the investigation.
