British journalist Andy Webb has shared his perspective on the BBC’s Panorama interview with the late Princess Diana. He believes the Princess would still be alive today if it weren't for the scandalous cover-up surrounding the interview by the BBC.
"If the truth about the interview had been told openly, many of the tragedies that followed could have been avoided," Webb said.
The Panorama interview, which remains one of the most famous royal exposés, has long been shrouded in controversy. Webb asserts that the BBC manipulated or concealed certain facts which distorted public perception and affected Diana’s life.
According to Webb, the cover-up not only misled the public but also intensified the pressures Diana faced, contributing to the tragic chain of events leading to her untimely death.
Andy Webb highlights the BBC’s failure to be transparent about the Diana interview as a pivotal factor behind the unfolding of tragic events in her life.
