The best-of-five series took place on November 9 in Chengdu, China. The closely contested matches saw momentum shift between both teams before T1 ultimately secured the victory.
Veteran mid-laner Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok led T1 once again with support from teammates Zeus, Oner, Gumayusi, and Keria.

With this win, Faker now holds six World Championship titles, the most of any player in the scene.
KT Rolster made their first World Championship appearance since 2018 and challenged T1 fiercely, pushing the series to a final 3-2 score.
