Alex Vesia, pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers, and his wife Kayla announced the heartbreaking stillbirth of their daughter, Sterling Sol Vesia. The couple shared their grief and gratitude in a joint statement on November 7, 2025.
"There are no words to describe the pain we’re going through but we hold her in our hearts and cherish every second we had with her," the couple expressed.
They referred to their daughter as "our little angel" and posted a touching photo of their hands resting on hers with the message,
