During Paris Photo, Dover Street Market Paris hosts an exhibition celebrating the latest issue of Another Man, which includes a Tatras feature photographed by Paul Kooiker, alongside works by JH Engström, Thomas Mailaender, and Chardchakaj Waikawee.
Renowned for his surreal and provocative approach to themes of the body, identity, and voyeurism, photographer Paul Kooiker captures the rebellious energy of the Washington DC punk scene through portraits of author, musician, and filmmaker Ian Svenonius, dressed in Tatras.
“Kooiker’s story for Another Man Volume II Issue IV will be showcased at Dover Street Market Paris during Paris Photo, alongside other works by JH Engström, Thomas Mailaender, and Chardchakaj Waikawee.”
The exhibition runs from 15–19 November at Dover Street Market Paris and is free for the public to visit.
The team marks 50 years since the death of director and writer Pier Paolo Pasolini through a commemorative section guest-edited by Conor Donlon, featuring contributions from Olivia Laing, Willem Dafoe, Eileen Myles, and These New Puritans.
Author’s Summary: An evocative exhibition at Dover Street Market Paris unites Paul Kooiker’s Tatras portraits with global contributors, blending art, fashion, and reflective tributes to creative identity.
