The Hong Kong Sixes returns in 2025 with a refreshed lineup and expanded participation. The fast-paced cricket tournament begins on November 7 and will feature 12 teams competing at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground in Hong Kong. The grand finale is set for November 9.
The Hong Kong Sixes, first launched in the 1990s, was created to let local fans watch international stars up close. Over the years, it has grown from an exhibition event into a recognized global competition, drawing teams and players from around the world.
"The tournament ran from 1993 to 1997, made a comeback between 2001 and 2012, briefly returned in 2017, and was revived once again in 2024."
All matches will take place at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground, one of Hong Kong's premier cricket venues.
The 2025 Hong Kong Sixes marks a global celebration of short-format cricket, uniting 12 teams in a thrilling three-day spectacle in Hong Kong.
