The British chef famous for his love of linen and sauvignon blanc is launching his flagship Australian restaurant. Known for his approachable style and passion for quality wine, Rick Stein will open [translate:Rick Stein At Coogee] on December 1.
Set above the sands of [translate:Coogee] Beach, the restaurant is part of the extensive renovation of the InterContinental Hotel. It will serve as a local flagship alongside the Steins’ other restaurants in regional New South Wales, including Bannisters by the Sea in Mollymook and Bannisters Port Stephens.

The menu, curated by head chef Colin Chun (previously of W Taipei), highlights local and seasonal seafood. The venue offers a flexible dining experience, balancing casual and refined options, complemented by an adjoining bar.
