"Pursue your remedy wherever you want,"
said Justice Surya Kant. The petitioner was advised to pursue alternate remedies as the Court stated that a writ petition filed in public interest shall not be entertained.
The Court's decision was made by a Bench of Justices Surya Kant and Joymalya Bagchi.
