Hilary Duff, aged 38 and known for her role in Younger, revealed that her new single, “Mature,” will be released on Thursday, November 6. This marks her first music release in 10 years after signing with Atlantic Records earlier this year.
Posting on Instagram with the single’s cover art, Duff said:
“So happy this is finally yours to hear. Been keeping this one quiet too long. My new single Mature is out Nov 6. 🍸🪩🍒.”
Fans spotted a countdown on Duff’s website over the weekend, hinting at an announcement coming Monday. She also shared a link to her site on Instagram Stories on November 2 without revealing details.
In September, Duff confirmed she was working on new music after signing with Atlantic Records. She also announced a docuseries capturing her “long-awaited musical return and personal journey,” which will show an honest view into her life.
“Embracing the ups, downs and everything in between, fans will ride shotgun as she balances raising a family, recording new music, live show rehearsals and preparing to perform on stage for the first time in over a decade,” the press release stated.
